Half-term Halloween Thrills & Spills!

Get in the spirit with lots of spooky fun and games for children and their families in and around the grounds and stables this Halloween half-term!

Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th October 11am - 5pm

Follow the Spooky Bat Trail around the grounds to discover the secret spooky spell or for those little monsters whose little legs don't want to walk so far, explore the stables with the Pumpkin Trail! All children completing one or both trails will receive a treat. Pick up your trail sheets at the start of your visit from the ticket desk.

PARTS OF THE TRAILS MAY BE MUDDY SO PLEASE WEAR SUITABLE FOOTWEAR

Adults - normal admission charges

Chlidren (5-16) - £1 + normal admission

Under 5's - £1

Under 2's - Free

Monday 30th October - Friday 3rd November

Spooky Bat Trail & Pumpkin Trail 11am to 5pm

Pick up your trail sheets on arrival at the ticket desk. All children completing one or both trails will receive a treat.

Creepy Craft Activities & Freaky Face Painting 11.30am to 3.30pm

Let your little monsters imaginations run wild with creepy crafts & freaky face painting in The Carriage House, Burton Constable Stables 

Freaky Face Painting - 1.00 per person (all monies will be donated to the Friends of Burton Constable)

Agnus Spellious, Hag of Holderness - 11.30am to 3.30pm 

Find this wicked witch lurking in the Stables casting her spooky spells and mixing magic potions!

Spooky Story Telling - 1.30pm Daily

Visit The Brewhouse for spooky story telling, suitable for Key Stage 1 (3-7 yrs)

Children's Halloween Fancy Dress Competition - 3pm Daily 

Get in the spirit for all the fiendish fun and activities at Burton Constable by coming in Halloween fancy dress. This competition will be judged by the Hag of Holderness at 3pm daily near the Witches Lair (2nd Courtyard of the Stables) and the winner will receive a Burton Constable Hall & Grounds Goody Bag. 

Adults: normal grounds admission

Children (5-16): £2 + normal grounds admission

Under 5's: £2

Under 2's: Free
