Dog owners are responsible for complying with current countryside and livestock protection regulations whilst visiting the estate.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and disposing of waste appropriately.

Photography for personal use is generally permitted whilst visiting Burton Constable unless otherwise stated.
Within the Hall, photography is permitted for personal use only using handheld cameras and mobile devices. Flash photography, tripods, lighting equipment and large professional photography equipment are not permitted inside the Hall.
Anyone wishing to undertake commercial photography, filming or organised photoshoots must contact Burton Constable in advance to obtain permission.
From time to time, Burton Constable Foundation may photograph or film within the Parkland, buildings or events for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending Burton Constable, visitors acknowledge that incidental inclusion in photography or filming may occur.

Visitors enter the Parkland and historic buildings at their own risk.
Some areas of the site contain uneven ground, historic surfaces, open water, wildlife, livestock or low lighting conditions.
Visitors are asked to follow all safety signage, instructions and restricted access areas whilst on site.
If you have accessibility requirements, we encourage you to contact us in advance of your visit so that we can assist where possible.
