French Bedroom

Following her marriage in 1865, Rosina, the second Lady Clifford Constable, occupied the French Bedroom, which was handsomely furnished with a selection of fine mahogany furniture including the ‘Mahogany French Bed’, a ‘Mahogany French Settee in crimson silk’ and a gilt-wood pole screen with needlework top depicting the Duke of Wellington.
