Join the ArtWaves team for some creative activities in The Carriage House at Burton Constable ahead of the main festival set for the 22nd and 23rd June at Bridlington Spa.

Unleash your inner creative in some messy activities and get a taste of what you can expect from the main weekend. We hope you can join us. 

Time: 1pm - 3pm

Free with the normal admission charges.

Suitable for children of all ages.

Afternoon tea was created by the Duchess of Bedford in the late 18th century. She invited friends to join her for an afternoon meal of small cakes, bread and butter sandwiches, sweets and, of course, tea. The practice was so popular that it was quickly adopted by other social hostesses
