'QU4RTET' Photography Exhibition

Four photographers. One purpose...to show aspects of our world that help observers see and think.

The four photographers in this group work separately but sympathetically to build images of landscapes. Whilst the landscape can be large or small the presence of the human hand is always present, even when the human form is not. All four live and work in East Yorkshire and use both this area and the wider world for their reflections.

This show brings together over twenty of their photographs for the first time showing their approaches, similarities and differences and illustrating how the photographic eye can differ yet show our world in a recognisable but questioning manner.

Location: The Carriage House, Burton Constable Stables

Entry to the exhibition is included with normal admission charges.

Featuring the work of the following four photographers:

Nigel Walker

Andrew Chandler

David Marshall

Mal Bullivant
