Join us for a free flow  visit of the Hall and a fascinating Behind the Scenes  tour. Includes admission to the stables and grounds. Finish your visit with a delicious, freshly prepared afternoon tea in the Stables Tea Room.

The Hall, Stables & Grounds are open from 11am and the Behind the Scenes tour starts in the Great Hall at 1pm prompt.

£25.50 per person

Places on the tour are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Payment must be in advance and tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled by the venue. Please notify us of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Afternoon tea was created by the Duchess of Bedford in the late 18th century. She invited friends to join her for an afternoon meal of small cakes, bread and butter sandwiches, sweets and, of course, tea. The practice was so popular that it was quickly adopted by other social hostesses
